The railway dashboard provides an overview of the railway system's performance, highlighting key metrics such as revenue, journey numbers, and peak travel times. The system generates €7,41,921 in revenue, with 29,773 journeys taken, although 1,880 were cancelled and 2,292 were delayed. Manchester Piccadilly and Birmingham New Street are the top departure and arrival stations, respectively. Railcard holders make up 33.91% of passengers, and Standard Class tickets are the most popular, accounting for 90.34% of sales. The peak travel time is between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, with a refund policy in place for delayed journeys, totaling €2830.

The E-commerce analysis report for the year 2011 shows sales, units sold, purchases, number of products, average basket, customers, new and lost customers. The report provides a detailed analysis of sales and other metrics based on the time of day, date, and customer location. Key findings include peak sales and units sold in November 2011, an average basket size of 9.55, and a higher number of new customers compared to lost customers. This data can be used to improve the e-commerce business by identifying the best time to run promotions, targeting specific customer segments, and optimizing the website and marketing materials.
